Mollie acts as an independent controller for its own payment processing; see Mollie's privacy statement at mollie.com.

If you use the contact form or email us for support, we process your name, email address, and the content of your message, including any information you choose to share (for example a site URL, screenshots or log files).

Our web server automatically logs technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer and user agent. This is necessary to operate and secure the Website. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Website is used. Data is aggregated/anonymised and runs only after consent. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Bookingvue runs on your own WordPress installation. Booking data, guest details and other content displayed by the plugin remain on your server. We do not have access to that data and we do not receive a copy of it. No guest or booking data is transmitted.

If you install the Software on a site that processes personal data of your own guests, you are the controller for that data.
